Glaze Glass

Materials needed for this tutorial:
PaintShop Pro
Eye Candy 4000
Toadies Ommadawn
Images of your choice

Open a new image, transparent, 300 X 300
Flood fill with a gradient, try a multicolored one. Fill a couple of times if needed.
Effects - Plugin - Toadies Ommadawn - Default Settings, Apply.
Magic wand - Tolerance 10, Feather 0. Select those tiny black lines with your Magic Wand.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 1
Drop white in from your bucket tool
Hit Hot Wax a couple of times. Let's keep at it!! :)
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Glass - Settings, select - BlazeFrostwo from the dropdown list. Play with colors and sliders. The opacity will give you different light effects. The refraction takes the smoothness off those bars. Use the small color box on the bottom left corner to change colors!!
When you are happy with your Glass Panel, go to Image Add A Border, type 4 using any contrasting color but not the same as the graphic!!
Tap your Magic Wand in those Marching Ants
Hot wax the edge two or three times
Increase your canvas size to 600 X 600 and grab your image to put on the glass
